JP Legal is a new firm. We started it in Twenty Twenty-Six because we wanted to practise in a particular way, and the simplest path to that was to build the firm from scratch.
We believe that boutique law, properly done, is the most honest version of the profession. The partners do the work. The client speaks to the person who is actually thinking about the matter. The firm takes fewer engagements so it can give each one the time it deserves.
We have organised ourselves around five practice areas — corporate, real estate, banking, dispute resolution, and tax — because these are the areas where most of the difficult Ghanaian commercial work happens, and where the cost of mediocre counsel is highest.
If you are a board, a founder, a family office, or a counterparty in a matter that has stopped being routine, we would like to hear from you.
